Some conversations with our customer service are recorded and stored in a database for the purpose of handling inquiries. The provision of information by any electronic means or during conversations with customer service is at the voluntary choice of the inquirer. CTS undertakes not to pass on your details to any party outside CTS, except for the purpose of providing services to or for CTS.
According to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (“Protection of Privacy Law”), every person is entitled to view by himself, or by his representative who has authorized him in writing or by his guardian, the information about him held in a database. Anyone who has reviewed the information about him contained in CTS’s database and found that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or not up-to-date, may contact CTS with a request to correct the information or delete it. If we refuse to comply with this request, we must inform the requester in the manner and way prescribed in the Protection of Privacy Regulations. The requester of the information may appeal CTS’s refusal to allow access and the notice of refusal to correct or delete information, before the Magistrate’s Court in the manner and way prescribed in the Protection of Privacy Regulations.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use are subject to Israeli law (without the rules of private international law that form part of it). Any lawsuit filed against CTS shall be heard exclusively in the competent court in Israel. The local jurisdiction for all matters related to and arising from the Terms of Use is exclusively the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
