Guy was appointed CFO in 2023, after serving as CFO at Gadot Biochemical Industries.

Gadi joined the company in 2023 as EVP of Business Development and Strategy. Before that, he held a series of senior global management positions, in pharmaceutical companies in Israel and the USA.

Evgeny was appointed as COO after serving as COO at Emcure Pharmaceuticals

Eran joined the company in 2024. He has extensive managerial and professional experience in marketing, trade and sales across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, energy, consumer goods, and food. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Nilus for Business. He also held executive roles as VP of commerce and sales.

Verdit joined the company in 2023 as VP of Rx Marketing of the Pharma Division.

In her most recent position, Verdit served as Market Access Director at Stemline Israel

Chen joined CTS in 2010 as Human resources manager. In her last job Chen Served as Human resources & serves manager at Zara Pull&Bear company.

Alon Ofir joined the company in November 2019. Prior to that he held various positions in the field of registration of innovative and generic preparations in Israel and worldwide.

Leah joined the company in June 2023 as VP of Quality.
Before that, she held a series of quality and laboratory management positions in a global pharmaceutical company.

Hagai joined the company in 2018. In his last position he worked as the director of the agricultural department at Adama Makhteshim.
